“The best decision I have ever made for my practice. Stability is really what SD provides. I have been a client for at least 10 years, and have known Sara and Dennis since 2006. They provide services that completely prevent extensive disruptions in my normal day.

I enlist both billing services and Computer IT services. I feel computer knowledgeable, but have no desire to spend the first 3 hours of my day (or half of Saturday!) reinstalling windows, dentrix, dexis, office365 and whatever else just because one of the computers got upgraded. The best part is they know before I get to the office if the server is having issues, and often have them resolved. They also have, and test, a reliable backup system that can immediately get the office back up and running.

I have never missed a single patient appointment due to computer issues. My advice is to have up-to-date computers and let someone else maintain them. The cost I was spending on various “emergency repairs” along with my own DIY computer services was about the same. SD eliminates any stress about computers operating, security, malware, and even making sure the right printers are configured on the network. Just hassle free, and similar cost to line-item support.

It is a win-win, Dennis is motivated to make sure it is working, then he doesn’t get any panic calls from me, and as a result, the system is working and I don’t have to worry about it.
